Bonitas Winery is “a touch of the Mediterranean, Okanagan style”. They are a small family owned winery that is located in Summerland, BC. Their wines range from a dry style Gewurztraminer to a lush Merlot in the Limited Artist series collection, which features the art work of the youngest daughter, Teira.

 As a special treat, we will also be featuring one of Napa Valley's most distinguished wineries, Bourassa Vineyards. Come and try the wines from 3pm to 7pm.

Spirit of the Week - Penderyn Welsh Whisky

Penderyn Single Malt Welsh Whisky was launched in 2004, previous to that there had not been a distillery in Wales for over 100 years. It was a welcome return and like Welsh Gold (Aur Cymru), it is a precious commodity.

This single malt is a non chill-filtered whisky which spends 3 years in an American Oak Bourbon cask and is then finished in a Madeira cask. It is exceptionally well balanced with tones of cream toffee and finishes with light tropical fruit tones and vanilla.

Innis & Gunn Triple Matured Oak aged beer comes from a small batch of 150 barrels. This limited release beer is aged in American white oak barrels. After a lengthy maturation, this beer is bottled and aged for 99 days. It is a deep burgundy red color with tones of dried fruit and toffee malt and is mellow on the palate.

Pairs best with Barbeque steaks or Sausages

January 25th marks Scotland’s second National Holiday. It is the day that celebrates renowned poet and lyricist Robert Burns. “Robert Burns” Official authorized edition Single Malt from the Isle of Arran Distillers will be open Jan 15th from 3pm to 7pm. This single malt is light and crisp with aromatic citrus tones of malt, Granny Smith apples and hints of vanilla with toffee and fudge tones on the palate.
