CedarCreek Estate Winery

This winery is the vision of Senator Ross Fitzpatrick who was born and raised in the Okanagan but left for other pursuits only to only to return to his roots to enter the wine industry.
The CedarCreek Estate Winery has four unique vineyards sites totaling 150 acres on bench lands overlooking the lakes of the Valley. Throughout these different sites you will find these white and red varieties; Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Viognier. Ehrenfelser, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Syrah.

The vast variety of different growing areas combined with the many different varieties of grapes produced has allowed Cedar Creek to produce exceptional award winning wines throughout its 20 years of existence. In fact Wine Access Magazine has recognized CedarCreek Estate Winery as Canada's WINERY OF THE YEAR in 2002 and 2005.

Firefly Maple Ridge CedarCreek Estate Winery will be having a complimentary tasting on Thursday February 18th from 3pm-7pm.

Stag's Hollow Winery

Stag’s Hollow Winery

Stag’s Hollow Winery was established in 1995 and is nested in the hills, surrounded by vineyards, mountains and large tracts of land owned by the Nature Trust in beautiful Okanagan Falls.

The owners, Larry Gerelus & Linda Pruegger, are very hands on and “believe their passion and involvement in every aspect of the vineyard and wine making process has created a unique style. This unique style is a fusion of both Old and New world.”
Stag’s Hollow prides itself upon the fact that its wines express the terroir of the Okanagan, which has produced excellent ripening and fruit profiles.

2007 Simply Noir
An Okanagan version of the classic Passetoutgrain wines of Burgundy that combines the elegance of Pinot Noir with the spiciness of Gamay( 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Gamay Noir). It is a fruit forward blend with lots of cherry/red berries both on the nose and palate. Goes great with grilled pork loin, vegetarian meals, and turkey.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
Tastes of ripe, dark bramble fruit with a hint of Okanagan desert sage and Garrigue. This wine is well balanced and has bright fruit acidity that finishes with smooth silky tannins. This is a perfect wine to pair with BBQ grilled meats and vegetables.

2008 Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc presents a classic nose of grass, lime and gooseberry with flavors of melon, grapefruit, and kiwi fruit. It shows impressive intensity and balance with an enduring, clean, fresh finish. Pairs well with Seafood's, Shellfish , Salads, and is delicious with Thai.

At Firefly Maple Ridge there will be a complimentary tasting of Stag's Hollow Winery on
Thursday February 18th from 3pm -7pm.

Complimentary Tasting of Chase & Warren Winery From 3pm-7pm at Both Firefly Locations

Chase & Warren Estate Winery

Port Alberni, BC

Chase & Warren sold their first bottle of wine in 2003 but the vineyard was started in 1995 and the first vine planted in 1996. The aim of Chase & Warren is to produce wines that are reflective of the Winery’s rich natural surroundings and to offer a personal connection to the folks who visit them.

TAKE THE STEAM TRAIN TO THE WINERY- Chase & Warren is one of the only wineries in North America that is serviced by a steam train that stops right at the vineyard.

GEWURZTRAMINER - A 50/50 blend of Okanagan and our own grapes. The characteristics of the grapes from the Okanagan are complemented by those of our own. They produce a fresher, lighter more typical Gewurztraminer than wines made solely from Okanagan grapes and a more substantial, luscious, lengthier wine that wines made solely from our own grapes. The marriage produces a more fruity, complex and balanced wine which will enhance any Thai dishes. This wine will pair well with spicy foods and sauces.

VIOGNIER - This wine is made from grapes grown in the sunny Okanagan. A late ripener, the taste of Viognier is fruity, smooth and flowery and it is often mixed with red varieties because of its ability to add complexity and finesse to red wines. We know you will find its unique character something to discuss and enjoy with duck and roasted white meats.

Complimentary Tasting of Phillips Brewing Co. Monday February 15th at both Firefly Locations from 3pm-7pm

Phillips Brewing Company

Phillips Brewery located on Government Street in Victoria was established by Brewmaster Matt Phillips in 2001. Phoenix Gold Lager: Classic Bohemian lager, fermented cold, and liberally hopped with innovative North American varietals. A distinctive nose complements the traditionally crisp finish.
Blue Buck Ale: A deep amber colored beer, the Blue Buck has a crisp finish featuring a delicate hop aroma.
Slipstream Cream Ale: Duck into the slipstream and enjoy the rich flavors of a BC original! Medium bodied and smooth like pedal stroke.
Longboat Chocolate Porter: We would say that Longboat is a classic chocolate porter, but let’s face it, who has ever heard of a chocolate porter? It is however, rich dark ale, with a distinctive chocolate finish.
