Beer Of The Week- Lindemans Gift Pack

Beer Of The Week:
Lindemans Gift Pack

This Pack is a great gift for Mothers Day

Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. Lindemans does a great job at it.

Framboise:
The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries.
Magnificent aroma and delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity,  sparkling clean natural taste.
Paring suggestions: Chocolate desserts, fresh raspberries, ice cream with a raspberry demi-glaze sauce, créme caramel, baked Alaska, Olympia oysters, caviar.
Serve in flute-shaped Lambic glasses at 45 degrees F.

 Pomme:
The clean, bright aroma and flavor of apples melds beautifully with the complex tartness of lambic. Smooth, light body with the fresh flavor of real apples and a light green-apple tartness.
Pairing suggestions: Perfect with rich cream sauces, hearty soups, aromatic cheeses and spicy cuisine  supremely refreshing.
Serve in flute-shaped Lambic glasses at 38-41 degrees F.

Wine Of The Week- Bonitas Viognier

Wine Of  The Week
Bonitas Winery
"Eye Candy" Viognier 09
This is a first time release for Bonitas Winery. It is part of the Limited Artist Series.
The wine tastes like candy! With fresh and striking aromas, has hints of orange blossom, acacia, apricot, mango and white peach spiced with anise and mint.
Pair this with spicy oriental stir-fries, curry, especially Thai style made with coconut milk. and for the cheese lovers out there, pair with old European cheeses with strong pungent aromas.
Give this wine as a gift for Mothers Day or simply enjoy it yourself, you wont be disappointed.
