Elephant Island Framboise 2009


This fortified raspberry wine from the Naramata bench is basically liquid raspberry goodness.
Bronze medal winner at the All Canadian Wine Championship.
Pair with sweets like chocolate cake or vanilla ice cream (or pour over vanilla ice cream).
Or add it to your favorite summer cocktails (raspberry mojito anyone?)

A blend of 100% estate grown Pinot Blanc, Bacchus and Perle grapes.
Nose give aromas of apple lime and coconut.
