Beers Of The Week- Brick Brewery

Beers Of  The Week
Brick Brewery
Laker Lager,Red Baron Blonde Lager,Waterloo Dark,
Red Cap

These award winning beers are great for any occasion.

Red Baron
Red Baron Premium Blonde Lager is brewed using only the finest, hand-selected hops and barley.
As a blonde lager, Red Baron goes with just about any type of spicy food such as chili, Samosa's, jalapeno peppers or a nice Thai or Szechuan dish. This blonde will definitely help to tame the fire.

Laker Lager
Brewed for  beer drinkers with only the finest and highest quality ingredients, this classic Canadian style lager delivers a crisp, easy-drinking finish that is less filling and has no aftertaste.

Waterloo Dark
Dark lagers are enjoyed all year long, and they're not as filling as ales. Waterloo Dark will cut some of the heaviness in sauce-based meat dishes. Waterloo Dark is an equally perfect beer to go with appetizers suitable for watching sports games, or used as an actual ingredient when preparing a meal.

Red Cap Ale
Red Cap Ale is a smooth tasting beer. It was Canada's most popular beer in the 50s and 60s, owning almost half the market at one point.
Brewed to the original Carling recipe, this Canadian style ale has the same smooth, satisfying taste that made this nostalgic brand so famous in the 50s and 60s.
