Blasted Church Mixed Blessings 2010
An aromatic blend of 64% Riesling and 36% Gewurztraminer.
The nose should be lychee, melon and citrus. A slight mineral palate with flovours of pear, peach and citrus.
Food pairings include Chinese take-out, spicy pork and fried shellfish.
