Wine Of The Week

Painted Rock Syrah 2007

Aged 18 months in 70% new French oak and 30% new American oak. This
wine shows lots of peppery, herbal and gamy qualities which lead way to a
savoury, round and elegant mouth-feel. Tempered with a hint of vanilla,
herbal & mocha flavours, the finish is quite lengthy with a bit of spice.

This wine is highly regarded by critics and has a 90 point rating by Natalie MacLean and 88-91 points from John Schreiner.
